All Cash Self-Pay payments or Insurance Co-payment must be made at the time of service. Please be aware that you are responsible for the co-payment and/or deductibles for your healthcare plan. Any Insured medical services performed will be billed by Bucyrus Internal Medicine, Inc.
Please be advised that this office does not bill secondary commercial insurances.
Self-pay patients are welcome, $100 payment due at First appointment and them $50 payment each appointment after. A list of add on fees for other services available is listed in the office. Appointments without payment readily available may be subject to reschedule.
